The Kelly Jax Band took top prize at The Trolley Barn’s The Battle of the Bands on October 4, 2025.  We won a chance to record our next song in a music studio, and we know which new song we’ll be recording.  Expect “Shades of Gray” to hit the shelves sometime before the end of 2025.  We can’t wait to lay down some tracks and rip it up.

Thank you to The Trolley Barn Public Market for hosting The Battle of the Bands and to Dear Anna for kicking off the day and getting the crowd warmed up.  We had a blast playing for everyone in The Yard.

The VERY BEST part of the day was receiving fan letters from a brand new fan who happened to be visiting Quakertown, PA with her siblings and heard us for the first time.  She said she just decided she wants to be a drummer when she grows up!  I loved your notes and thanks again for the “keeper”  tips (they will be framed).  After the show, her older brother came up up and asked me if I had a sharpie. Be still my heart, he asked me for an autograph!  THIS is the reason we play in front of people.  Inspiring young musicians and bringing smiles to people’s faces through live music is our passion. #FanLove
